  • Final Day in Lhasa: On your last day, take some time to explore Lhasa in more depth or simply relax and reflect on the journey. It’s your chance to revisit Potala Palace (布达拉宫) or wander around Barkhor Street (八廓街) one last time.

  • Souvenir Shopping and Cultural Immersion: Visit local markets to buy Tibetan handicrafts or spiritual items as souvenirs. If you want to further immerse yourself in Tibetan culture, you can visit smaller monasteries or Tibetan art galleries.

  • Personal Reflection: Spend the day reflecting on your incredible journey. You may want to meditate in one of the quieter corners of the city or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful environment that has surrounded you throughout this adventure.

  • Farewell Dinner: In the evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner. This is an opportunity to share memories of the trip, toast to new friendships, and celebrate the adventure that has brought you to the “Roof of the World.”
