Notes:
- Everest Base Camp tent hotels provide food, usually Tibetan egg noodles and hot buttered tea. Because of the high altitude of the Everest base camp, it is difficult to boil the water, so the taste of the food will be not so good. If you are worried that you are not used to food there, bring your own snacks to appease hunger and provide calories, such as chocolate, yak jerky.
- The food provided by Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse is about the same as that provided in the tent area because of the altitude difference of less than 100 meters above sea level, the water is still difficult to boil, and many of the food cannot be cooked.
