About Comai Ancient Watchtower Ruins

Ancient Watchtower Ruins in Tibet are mainly located in Nyingchi(林芝), Lhoka(山南)and Shigatse(日喀则)prefecture, among which Comai County(措美县)of Lhoka Prefecture is one of the areas that the watchtower ruins densely distributed. There are two main types of the ruins in Comai County, which can be divided as the stone-built one and the earth-ramming one. They are mainly distributed in Yumei Village(玉美村), Naixi Village(乃西村), Lumei Village(路美村), etc. of Comai County.

Attraction Transportation

The whole county highway is in the middle of the road, formed the highway traffic network which centered with Tsedang Town, connecting the 12 counties of Lhoka Prefecture. It is the main transport hub of the south of Tibet.

  4. Pay attention to prepare some necessities for the cold weather like the hat, gloves, scarf and thick winter coat and so on.
