▪ About Zhaxijipei Monastery
Located in Xaitongmoin County, 9 kilometers away from county seat, it’s founded by GongPei in 14 century. By 1613, the monastery had been fully overhauled, which is dedicated to the ziggurats of two Tibetan experts, including the living Buddhas Damagabaza and Baidoji. It is one of the largest ancient temples in Xaitongmoin County. Zhaxijipei Monastery has been declared a national 3A-level tourist attraction.
