About Langrao Mountain
Langrao Mountain(郎绕神山) is one of the 25 Buddhist sacred mountains in the Kang district, which is 15 kilometers south of Jinsha River(金沙江) Gangtuo Bridge(岗托大桥), Jomda County(江达县), Chamdo Prefecture(昌都市), Tibet Autonomous Region. It is a Nyingma sect(宁玛派) monastery which has a history of 378 years. The mountain is in larger scale, which will cost one day for visitors to ride a horse on the mountain. There are dozens of attractions here on the mountain among the rugged roads. Visitors here can experience the hard of the Ancient Tea-horse Road, which is the famous tourist attraction in Chamdo Prefecture of the geographical feature. All along Jinsha River, it is one of the best places to cultural and ecological tourism.
