Menbu Township (门布乡) is located in Nyalam County (聂拉木县), Shigatse (日喀则市), Tibet Autonomous Region (西藏自治区), China. It lies 110 kilometers north of the county seat and is traversed by the China-Nepal Highway (中尼公路). The township covers an area of 1,434.6 square kilometers and, as of 2025, has a population of 2,678.
