About Chana Tso Lake

Located in Ngari region of western China’s Tibet Autonomous Region and also known as  “Chahanga” and “Cha Harbo” meaning “black rock lake”, Chana Tso Lake is 4,543 meters above sea level with an area of four square kilometers.It is a salt lake with a natural pasture.
