Zolmo Gongga Snow Mountain is 100 km away from Namling County seat, tourists can take long-distance bus from Namling County or choose self-driving. However, please pay attention to weather conditions. Every October to next April, the severe cold weather makes it tough to have a trip. And every July to August is the rainy season of Zolmo Gongga Snow Mountain resulting in the bad climbing condition and heavy fog. In the rainy season (July & August), cars often get struck in the mud and delays happen frequently.
