He is known for his innovative approach to Qamdo Guozhuang Dance, where he synthesized elements from three distinct styles of Guozhuang dance: the agricultural style, the pastoral style, and the religious style. This fusion strengthened the rhythm and melodic expressiveness of the dance, enriching its cultural representation.
In 2008, Luosong Jiangcun was officially recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Qamdo Guozhuang Dance. Since then, he has been actively engaged in passing on his knowledge and expertise, ensuring the continued vitality of the dance.

Notably, he was the first to integrate key elements from agricultural, pastoral, and religious forms of the dance, creating a harmonized and dynamic performance that appeals to audiences both locally and beyond.
Since being designated as a national-level inheritor, he has focused on teaching and mentoring the younger generation. His students are now carrying forward his legacy in various artistic troupes and performances.
In addition to his teaching, Luosong Jiangcun’s troupe also provides retirement subsidies to performers, starting from 500 RMB per year in 2014.
