Mendang Engraved Stone is located in Mendang Village. It is on a cliff junction between Mengdang Qu River(门当曲河) and Lhozhag Nuqu River(洛扎怒曲河). It’s 2.7 meters high and 3 meters wide. The first line of inscription content is a incised Chinese character “万” which has the length and width of 40 centimeters. Then you can see a Tibetan carving of 13 centimeters high. There is followed 8 lines of Tibetan words. Mengdang Engraved Stone is same to many Duoqiong engraved stone. Both of them used ancient Tibetan style and the same content.
