About Sailin Guocang Monastery
Sailin Guocang Monastery is located on the north of Puqu Village(浦曲村) in Lhunzhub County, Lhasa. Sailin Guocang Monastery is the residence of Xiguo Cangba(系郭仓巴), who is the upper Zhuba(上主巴) of the Tibetan Buddhism Geju sect(噶举派). There is housing and quiet-seating room of Dalongba Sangjie Yajun(达隆巴·桑结雅军) in the temple. (Dalongba Sangjie Yajun(达隆巴·桑结雅军),1203 ~ 1272, his original name is Lama Sangjie Yajun Rao, the third Kanbu(堪布) of Dalong Monastery(达隆寺), belonging to Dalong Geju sect, therefore, he was called “da long ba(达隆巴)”).
