About Xianzu Island in Chengguan District, Lhasa
Xianzu Island is located in the south of Chengguan District, Lhasa. The sunset here is very beautiful in summer. There are two bridges which are connected to the Lhasa City in Xianzu Island. Tourists can see the Lhasa bridge, numerous barracks and the flocks and herds in the distance. The trees on the shore line were reflected in the clear water. Tourists can also appreciate colorful fish in the clear water. There are several villa style residential areas on the island, such as Xianzu Garden District(仙足岛花园小区) and Xianzu Ecological Community(仙足岛生态小区). What’s more, Xianzu Island is famous for its family inn. It also has the only Tibetan Cultural theme park hotel named Lhasa Xianzu Manor which is located in the highest altitude.
Attraction Transportation:
Visitors can take long-distance bus or choose self-driving. Please pay attention to weather conditions. In the rainy season (July & August), cars often get struck in the mud and delays happen frequently.
