Travel to Lhasa from Hong Kong by Train

The distance from Hong Kong to Lhasa is around 2,423 kilometers. There is no direct train to Lhasa from Hong Kong, so for the tourists traveling from Hong Kong to Tibet, they need to transfer mainly in Guangzhou. Presently, the train from Hong Kong to Lhasa mainly arrives in Guangzhou South Railway Station firstly, and then passengers need to transfer to the train from Guangzhou Railway Station to Lhasa, with at least 13 hours stopover and transferring. Trains to Tibet usually depart from Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station. The whole journey takes about 3 days, and the price is at least 662 yuan.
